- Returns are not accepted unless items is not as described (this does not include the item not fitting so please ask for measurements on clothes and shoes). You need to contact me within 3 days of item receipt if there is a problem. The original tags must still be attached to the item and the item must be in the original condition in which it was received in order to get a refund.
