I built out the custom frame to hold the (2) Lithium-Ion phosphate batteries in parallel [each 2560kWh 200A 12.8v] (Total Combined Output 5.12kWh of POWER !!), marine-grade master switch, 120A circuit breaker, 2/0 AWG welding cables, water-resistant intake and exhaust fans with an automatic temperature controller, 12v cigarette lighter ports(2), USB 3.0 and USB-C ports(2), can be utility wall charged at up to 60A or solar charged at up to 80A MPPT (1000W of solar panel max). Built-in 1000W AC inverter (max surge of 2000W for 5 seconds). I wired the 2 gang outlet with 20A hospital grade outlets that have a ground fault protection and used a much heavier 15-foot cable to withstand higher loads and durability. Two gang rocker switches which can be used for utility lighting or other accessories. The fabric the inverter/MPPT-controller is mounted on is welding cloth that can withstand temps up to 1500 degrees, for added safety! Added a Wi-Fi module for tracking from anywhere, added a 400A external battery monitor screen and shunt with Bluetooth to better track the battery capacity throughout the day as the load fluctuates from a user-friendly mobile application. The entire unit is contained within a black rolling toolbox utility cart that has an extension handle for easier mobility. The toolbox has latches that can be padlocked while still allowing access the 2-gang AC power outlets (4 receptacles) on a 15-foot 12-gauge cable, which is capable of handling up to 20 amps. The utility box is like-new but all the internal components are brand new including the Lithium-phosphate batteries (batteries only cycled 2-3 times for testing and performance assessment purposes).
