When using the atomic time function, the unit will automatically search and synchronize with the WWVB radio signal that the National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) broadcasts continuously from Fort Collins, Colorado. When connected with this signal, the display will always show the precise time and date as well as automatically update for Daylight Saving Time changes.
