It's in nice condition but with a couple of issues: A piece of wood has broken off at the top that needs to be glued (at the time of this listing I don't have the glue or I would do it myself), if you notice the last 2 pics I'm showing you before and after pictures, you see the broken part of the wood and a picture of the wood in place on the unit not glued, as can be seen it just needs a little glue.
